Dr. Murad Wilfried Hofmann was the German Ambassador to Algeria and Morocco. In Algeria, Dr. Murad witnessed a terrible war against Muslim people. He observed that the Algerian people behaved with a degree of patience, an ability to absorb punishment and determination, but he could not explain that.

So he thought that he had to read the Muslims’ holy book to know how they thought. After reading the Qur’an, Dr. Murad believed that it was really a divine revelation from God for it cleared up all the doubts he had had about the Christian faith, like the original sin, the expiation of sin by sacrificial death by somebody, divine incarnation, and the trinity.

About the Qur’an, Dr. Murad said: “Everything is in place, rational and logical.”
